Nominate a proxy signer

Workflow viewer

In this video, we will show you how to digitise your workflow process by adding document viewers within SigniFlow. Adding a user as a viewer is a great way to keep someone in the loop regarding a document or workflow’s progress. Being a viewer, they can follow the document’s progress, without having to take any action. We will cover both sides: from the workflow originator adding a viewer, to the viewer receiving it. This should help you identify how you can use this function in your processes.

Electronic vs Digital Signatures

Group signing
